The Makati facility manufactures the following product types:
- Infant formula (powdered form)
- Follow-on infant formula (powdered form)
- Nutritional drink formula (powdered form)
- Analgesics (syrup and drop form)
- Multi-vitamins (liquid form)

Economic Development
- The facility directly contributes to the local economy through employee
wages and benefits.
Community and Social Progress
- A noise abatement room was constructed to reduce the noise generated
by utility equipment in order to minimize disturbance of neighbors.
- The EHS Committee is very active in promulgating and enhancing safety
awareness of its employees.
- Annual First Aid Training and Basic Life Support training is conducted
for selected employees.
- Cancer awareness initiatives were supported by the facility with participation
by employees.
- Periodic evaluations of the work environment are being conducted in
the Makati facility to continually improve the facility's work environment
in cooperation with the local government agency (OSHA).
- The Makati facility is committed to supporting government sponsored
initiatives related to environmental protection, health and hygiene,
and safety practices.
Environmental Performance 
- Regular monitoring of wastewater effluent is done on a monthly basis.
- Bristol-Myers Squibb management recognizes the importance of proper
waste disposal to prevent future environmental risk. Proper disposal
is being carried out by a licensed third party through incineration.
This is also being coordinated with the local government agency (DENR).
- Makati's management includes the following in their major EHS goals:
- Enhance safety awareness of its employees in eliminating or reducing
the accidents.
- Achieve significant reduction for both hazardous and non-hazardous
wastes in compliance with its local government rules.
- Continuous updating of government permits related to any EHS activities.
